The TX14D12VM1CBA has been designed for a wide range of industrial and consumer applications and offers exceptional viewing angles, excellent colour saturation and a contrast ratio of 350:1.

The TX14D12VM1CBA offers a resolution of 320 x 240 pixels in a extremely compact form factor that is 25% smaller (in terms of unit surface) than similar 5.7-inch LCD displays.

The 320 x 240 pixel display module features exceptionally wide viewing angles, excellent colour saturation and a contrast ratio of 350:1.

The long life L-shaped CFL backlight offers a half-brightness lifetime of 50,000 hours. With a brightness of 350 cd/m2, the module can display clear, sharp images and graphics with up to 262,000 colours.

The new transmissive mode TFT display includes and integrated DC/DC converter that enables use with a single 3.3V power supply.

The TX14D12VM1CAA is available with an integrated 4-wire analogue resistive touchscreen.
