Industry compatible 6.5" VGA TFT enhances Hitachi portfolio

Hitachi Display Products Group has today announced the introduction of a new high performance 6.5" VGA TFT display. The TX17D01VM2CAA features an active matrix, transmissive TFT LCD display with a resolution of 640 x 480 pixels (VGA). A low power white LED backlight is used to provide a high brightness of 600cd/m². The lifetime of the LED backlight is specified as 70,000 hours.
